Order and Delivery

  1. How can I place my order?
    • You can easily order via our website by adding the products you want to your cart and completing the payment steps.
  2. How can I track the status of my order?
    • When your order is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number. You can track your order using this number on the shipping company's website or app.
  3. How long does delivery take?
    • Your orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery time may vary depending on your location and the workload of the shipping company.
  4. How much is the shipping fee?
    • Shipping is free for purchases of 500 TL and above. A fixed shipping fee is applied for orders under 500 TL. Shipping fee will be shown when completing your order.
  5. Do you ship abroad?
    • We currently only ship within Türkiye. We are continuing to work on international shipping options.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. How can I return the products?
    • You can return your products within 30 days from the date you received them. You can create your return request from the "Return Request" section on our website or contact our customer service. Please review our Return and Cancellation Policy for return conditions.
  2. What are your return conditions?

  3. Can I make a change?
    • You must contact our customer service for your product exchange requests. Exchange conditions may vary depending on the product's status and stock status.
  4. How long does it take to process my return?
    • Once your return is approved, your payment will be refunded as soon as possible. The refund period may vary depending on your payment method.

Payment and Security

  1. What payment methods do you accept?
    • You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard etc.), debit card and money transfer/EFT. All your payments are protected through secure payment systems.
  2. Are my payments safe?
    • Yes, all payment systems used on our website are secure and encrypted. Your personal and financial information is safe.
  3. Do you have a payment option at the door?
    • We do not currently have a cash on delivery option.

Products and Other

  1. How do you ensure the freshness of your products?
    • The freshness of our products is one of our top priorities. That's why we follow two different approaches:
      • Ready-to-Supply Products: Some of our products are kept in specially designed packaging and appropriate storage conditions in safe warehouses to preserve their freshness. These products are meticulously checked from the moment they reach our warehouse and are offered for sale after ensuring their freshness.
      • Products Made to Order: Some of our products, especially freshly roasted nuts, are meticulously prepared and shipped immediately after your order reaches us. In this way, we offer you the freshest and most delicious products. In our products made to order, we keep freshness at the highest level by using the highest quality raw materials and producing under hygienic conditions.
  2. Do your products contain allergenic ingredients?
    • The content information of our products is stated in detail on the product pages. If there is an ingredient you are allergic to, please read the product descriptions carefully.
  3. How can I reach customer service?
